Zsibót is een Zuid-Hongaars dorpje dat behoort tot de gemeente Szigetvár, in het westen van het comitaat Baranya. Het dorp, dat ongeveer 250 inwoners telt, ligt op circa 6 km van de stad Szigetvár en van Kaposvar is het 42 km.
Het dorp is gekend om zijn vele wijnhuizen die ook permanent bewoond worden. Je kan in de buurt goed vissen, of fietsen of wandelen. Szigetvar daar vindt je natuurlijk alles wat je nodig hebt, thermaalbad, ziekenhuis, supermarkten zoals Tesco, Spar, Lidll enz..

Het wijnhuis dat wordt aangeboden heeft 2 verdiepingen de benedenverdieping is 23,5 m2 en de bovenverdieping is 35 m2
